Coach

For nearly ten years I've been creating guided Christian meditation — meditations rooted deeply in Scripture and the presence of God, made for real life: with or without music, shorter or longer, whatever fits your day.

Along the way I've met so many Christians who were hesitant about meditation — warned away from it, unsure it was theirs to try. That's who this is for. Christian meditation isn't about emptying your mind; it's about filling it with God's presence. My whole heart in this work is to hand you that permission: this is safe, this is His, come in.

What I hope you find here is what so many have described — quieter thoughts, real peace, and a genuine closeness to God, maybe for the first time in a long time.
