Child Safety
Davar Communities — Child Safety Policy · Last updated: June 2026
This is the one place on Davar Communities where we drop the warm, conversational tone and just say it plainly: we have zero tolerance for anything that endangers a child. There is no nuance to manage here and no benefit of the doubt to extend. This page tells you exactly where we stand.
Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — and any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor — is absolutely prohibited on Davar Communities. There are no exceptions, no contexts, and no "but" that follows that sentence.
Anyone who posts, shares, solicits, produces, or links to such material will have their account terminated immediately and their content removed. This is the most serious violation possible on the platform, and it is handled accordingly — see the enforcement section below.
Davar Communities is an adult platform
Davar Communities is built for adults. The minimum age to use Davar Communities — as a leader or as a member — is 18.
This isn't only a leader rule. The age requirement applies to everyone who signs up, including members joining a community someone else runs. You confirm you meet the minimum age when you create an account.
Our COPPA posture
Davar Communities does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and the platform is not directed at children. We're an adult Christian platform, and our data practices reflect that — they're aligned with the children's-data section of our Privacy Policy.
We want to be honest about what this is and isn't. Setting a minimum age and not knowingly collecting children's data is not the same as running active, verified age-checking on every signup — we do not perform that kind of verification, and we do not claim to. What we commit to is this: the platform is for adults, we don't target or knowingly serve children, and if we learn that an account belongs to someone underage, we'll act on it.
Reporting and enforcement
If you encounter content that endangers a child, flag it immediately. Child-safety violations route through the same flag queue as everything else (pick the "legal concern" reason) — but they are not treated like everything else once they arrive. They jump the line.
Child-safety violations are immediate-termination grounds under the Leader Agreement. Unlike most violations, there is no warning, no 30-day cure period, and no conversation about fixing it. The account is terminated, the content is removed, and where the law requires it, we report the matter to the authorities.
Cross-references
Child safety connects to the rest of how Davar Communities handles conduct:
- The prohibition itself is part of our Community Guidelines — child endangerment is the most serious item on the not-allowed list.
- The platform's right to terminate is grounded in the Terms & Conditions and the Leader Agreement.
If you see something, say something — flag it. We will act.
