Davar Communities — Refund Policy
Operated by Solomon Websites Inc. | Last updated: June 2026
Refunds on Davar Communities are handled by a real human — your community Leader — not a faceless system. That's by design. The person who knows your situation is the person who decides. This page explains exactly how to ask for a refund, how cancellation is different from a refund, and what happens if a community closes. No fine-print games, no buttons hidden where you'll never find them. If you get stuck, email support@davarcommunities.com.
1. No self-serve refund button
There is no refund button anywhere in the member experience. Refunds are decided by your Leader, not issued automatically by the Platform.
2. How to request a refund — contact your Leader
If you'd like a refund:
- Contact your Community Leader by direct message or email.
- The Leader reviews your request and decides whether to issue a full refund, a partial refund, or none. The decision is the Leader's.
We don't publish a guaranteed response time — Leaders have full discretion over how and when they respond.
3. Refund confirmation email
Whenever a refund is issued, you'll receive a refund confirmation email. This is a transactional notification you cannot turn off — it's there so you always have a record of the refund.
4. Cancelling is different from a refund
Cancelling and refunding are two separate things:
- You can cancel any time in your account settings. It's always self-serve — no guilt copy, no fake urgency, no "are you sure?" loops, no hidden buttons.
- Cancelling stops your next renewal. Your subscription ends at the end of the period you've already paid for, and your access continues until that paid period ends.
- Cancelling does not return any money. A refund is a separate request handled by your Leader (Section 2).
5. Platform-fee refunds (for Leaders)
If you're a Leader and want a refund of your USD $99 platform fee, email support@davarcommunities.com. Davar Communities reviews these requests and issues platform-fee refunds at its discretion. (The 14-day trial means you can cancel before the first $99 charge without needing a refund at all.)
6. If a community closes or a Leader is removed
If a community closes or a Leader is terminated:
- Affected member subscriptions are cancelled at the end of the current paid period.
- Members receive a full refund for the unused portion of that period, paid from the Leader's final payout.
You don't have to chase anyone for this — it's handled as part of the community's wind-down.
7. Trials and unpublished communities
A few specific cases worth knowing:
- The 14-day trial is for Leaders only.
- For Leaders, the $99 platform fee charges on day 14 regardless of whether the community has been published. The trial clock runs whether you've launched or not.
- Refund requests that fall outside these rules (for example, certain post-day-14 situations) are handled case by case. Email support@davarcommunities.com.
